How you can help us

Do you have any time to spare in a week?

With just an hour of your time per week you can help make a difference to our member’s lives.

Although we have 60 volunteers we always need more to be able to provide a better service and to reach more people.

We need volunteers for our minibus, both to drive and be escorts, to help with all of our clubs, classes, groups and meetings. We also have a team who regularly visit people in their own homes. There’s even a ‘phone pals’ scheme where you telephone a ‘VIP’ at the same time each week - you may be the only person they have regular contact with, so you can make all the difference to that person’s life.
